In the area of international management, we are concerned with strategic decisions in an international context in two main areas of research. The first focuses on possibilities of handling increasing decision risks and growing complexity of internationalization strategies. The second focus area considers specifically the influence of cultural differences within and between organizations.
National areas of focus are currently the markets of Middle and Eastern Europe as well as China.
