Our research focuses on issues currently debated in the areas of Strategic Management: Corporate Governance / Top Management Teams, International Management and Mergers & Acquistions. Our methods of research are mostly quantitative or qualitative empirical.
As concerns teaching, we offer lectures and seminars on the topic of Strategic Management. The goal of our courses is to enable students to handle Strategic Management questions of practical relevance with sound scientific background knowledge.
